PBLA - Panbela stock nosedives ~40% on pricing stock and warrants offering

• Panbela Therapeutics ( NASDAQ: PBLA ) said Thursday it priced public offering of 6,675,000 shares of its common stock and warrants to purchase up to 13,350,000 shares at $2.25 per share and warrant.
• The warrants will have an exercise price of $2.75 per share and will expire five years following the date of issuance.
• The offering is expected to close on or about January 30, 2023.
• Roth Capital Partners is acting as lead placement agent and Maxim Group is acting as co-placement agent of the offering.
• Shares -39.7% at $1.64 in early open market trading.
