FNA - Paragon 28 prices ~$64M public offering

Paragon 28 ( NYSE: FNA ) prices underwritten public offering of 6.5M shares at a public offering price of $17.00 per share.

3.75M shares are being offered for sale by Paragon and 2.75M shares are being offered for sale by certain selling securityholders.

Underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 562,500 and 412,500 shares.

The offering is expected to close on January 30, 2023.

Gross proceeds from the offering to Paragon are expected to be ~$63.8M.

Net proceeds from the offering, after deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and estimated offering expenses payable by Paragon, for working capital, capital expenditures and other general corporate purposes.

Stock drops 10.1% post market.
