TEUM - Pareteum +3.9% after new listing extension from Nasdaq
Pareteum (TEUM) is up 3.9% postmarket after getting another listing reprieve from Nasdaq. At the end of August, Nasdaq had granted an extension to the company for getting back into compliance after it neglected to file its 10-Q quarterly report with the SEC for the period ended Sept. 30, 2019; its 10-K annual report for the year ended Dec. 31, 2019; or the 10-Qs for the periods ended March 31, 2020, and June 30, 2020. The company was also out of compliance with the $1/share minimum bid price requirement. The new letter extends the company's exception, provided that it files all delinquent filings by Nov. 9, and regains compliance with the bid price rule by Dec. 31.
