PKIUF - Parkland prices upsized $800M in senior notes offering

Parkland (OTCPK:PKIUF) priced its earlier announced private offering of senior unsecured notes which is now raised to $800M from $500M. The notes will bear annual interest at 4.625% and have maturity date of May 1, 2030. Offer closing is expected to occur on or about Nov.23. The redemption date for the 6.5% Senior Notes (for which net proceeds will be used) will be Dec. 8, 2021 and the redemption is conditional on the closing of the offering.
