Partners Group (OTCPK:PGPHF) agrees to acquire DiversiTech, a supplier of HVAC parts and supplies, from Permira, a closely held private equity firm, for an enterprise value of $2.2B. Partners Group (OTCPK:PGPHF) will be the largest investors in DiversiTech, with Permira funds maintaining a minority stake. The transaction is expected to close in December 2021.
