SSKN - PDS Biotechnology appoints new CFO

PDS Biotechnology (NASDAQ:PDSB) is trading ~2.8% lower in the pre-market after announcing that former Strata Skin Sciences (NASDAQ:SSKN) CFO Matthew Hill will join the company as its new CFO effective Oct. 18. Hill will replace the former CFO Seth Van Voorhees. “On behalf of our board of directors, we would like to thank Seth for his service to the company and wish him continued success in his future endeavors,” noted Frank Bedu-Addo, the CEO of PDS Biotechnology (PDSB). Hill has over 25 years of experience in leading finance and operational activities of life science companies. Mr. Bedu-Addo said: “Matt’s extensive experience with growth-stage healthcare and life science companies will provide PDS Biotech with solid financial leadership.” Early this month, Strata Skin Sciences (SSKN) announced the departure of its CFO.
