IPPLF - Pembina Pipeline says will not raise bid for Inter Pipeline

Pembina Pipeline (PBA) says it will not increase consideration of 0.50 common shares offered under its proposed acquisition of all Inter Pipeline (IPPLF) shares.Pembina's declaration comes a day after Brookfield Infrastructure revised its offer to acquire all Inter Pipeline shares for C$21.23 per share in cash.Pembina has made an all-stock bid of ~C$8.3B, while Brookfield's latest offer is valued at C$8.58B with an all-cash option.
