PBA - Pembina Pipeline to renew stock buyback plan

Pembina Pipeline ( NYSE: PBA ) has secured TSX approval to purchase up to 5% of its issued and outstanding common shares as part of a renewed normal course issuer bid.
The midstream service provider is permitted to repurchase up to 27.5M shares as part of the program, which will expiring on the earlier of March 9, 2024.
Pembina's prior bid for the purchase of up to 27,518,100 common shares will expire on March 9, 2023.
