PVAC - Penn Virginia: Playing Catchup

• The excellent lease location gives management time to catch up to current industry costs.
• Lease Operating Expenses need to get below $4 BOE (and hopefully less than $3 BOE).
• Administrative costs need to decline.
• Reserve addition costs per BOE are already competitive. But management can improve these as well.
• Total well costs probably need to drop below $600 per foot. Note that all these lower costs will likely happen over time (as opposed to tomorrow).
