PVAC - Penn Virginia to raise $350M through unsecured debt offering

Penn Virginia Holdings, LLC, an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of Penn Virginia Corporation ([[PVAC]] +11.9%) to offer $350M of senior unsecured notes due 2028.Proceeds will be used to fully repay and terminate its second lien term loan, to repay a portion of outstanding borrowings under its reserve based revolving credit facility and to pay related fees and expenses.
