PNTG - Pennant names president Brent Guerisoli as CEO

Pennant (NASDAQ:PNTG) said Tuesday it appointed current president Brent Guerisoli to succeed Daniel Walker as CEO, effective Aug. 1. Walker, who is stepping down as CEO for personal reasons, will continue to serve as chairman. PNTG also named John Gochnour as president and COO.
