PEBO - Peoples Bancorp CEO Chuck Sulerzyski to retire next year; Tyler Wilcox to succeed

Peoples Bancorp ( NASDAQ: PEBO ) said Tuesday that its president and chief executive officer Chuck Sulerzyski of his intention to retire, effective March 31, 2024.
Sulerzyski also intends to retire from the boards of Peoples and Peoples Bank on that same date.
Tyler Wilcox will become the next president and CEO and will be elected as a director of each of Peoples and Peoples Bank, effective April 1, 2024.
