PSHG - Performance Shipping terminates ATM agreement with H.C. Wainwright

Shipping company Performance Shipping ( NASDAQ: PSHG ) has terminated an at-the-market offering agreement with H.C. Wainwright & Co., effective Aug. 23.
PSHG said it does not intend to raise additional capital or sell additional shares under the ATM agreement.
The company issued and sold 526,916 shares prior to the termination of the offering, raising net proceeds of ~$1.3M.
