PKI - PerkinElmer names new CFO as Jamey Mock joins Moderna
- PerkinElmer ( NYSE: PKI ) announced Wednesday the departure of senior vice president and chief financial officer Jamey Mock as he joins Moderna ( MRNA ) as its finance chief .
- The Board of healthcare diagnostics company, PerkinElmer, has named Max Krakowiak to succeed Mock as its new senior vice president and CFO, effective as of Sep. 6, 2022.
- Krakowiak is currently the Company’s vice president of corporate finance, working since last 4 years in the finance leadership team. Prior to PerkinElmer, Krakowiak worked for GE in various corporate audit leadership roles.
- PKI is down 0.5% .
- Also, PerkinElmer said it reaffirms its financial guidance disclosed earlier this month.
