PSHZF - Pershing Square Holdings to redeem $630M of senior notes

Pershing Square Holdings Ltd.
Pershing Square Holdings (OTCPK:PSHZF), a closed-ended fund started by hedge fund billionaire Bill Ackman, said Tuesday it plans to redeem all of its outstanding 5.500% senior notes due 2022 at a redemption price equal to 100% of the principal amount. As of May 31, the company had $630.6M aggregate principal amount of the 2022 notes outstanding. Earlier in May, the company also announced a $100M stock buyback program.
