PetIQ (NASDAQ:PETQ) said Wednesday Susan Sholtis will resign as president on May 27 for personal reasons. Michael Smith, who served as EVP of PETQ's products division since 2019, has been appointed president and COO (a newly created role) effective Jun. 1. Sholtis will remain available on an as-needed basis to ensure a smooth transition through Sept. 30. PETQ also reported Q1 results that topped Street estimates.
