- PetMeds reported an increase in new customers of 25% year over year for the quarter ended September 30, 2023, representing the fourth consecutive quarter of new customer growth. This includes new customers from the PetCareRx acquisition.
- Adjusted EBITDA 1 of $3.2 million for the current year quarter, compared to Adjusted EBITDA of $7.1 million, for the quarter ended September 30, 2022, a decrease of 55%. The decrease was due to incremental G&A in part due to the acquisition as well as strategic investments in PetMeds legacy third party expenses and net advertising expenses partially offset by increased gross profit and other income.
