PQEFF - Petroteq Energy upsizes non-brokered private placement and amends warrant terms
- Petroteq Energy ( OTCPK:PQEFF ) has increased the size of its previously announced non-brokered private placement of units, from C$80K to C$120K .
- The Co. has also amended the terms of the Warrants, with the Warrants now expiring 24 months following the closing of the Private Placement at an exercise price of $0.05.
- The Co. will now issue up to 2.4M Units for total gross proceeds of up to C$0.12M.
