  • PG&E ( NYSE: PCG ) on Wednesday said Carolyn Burke will become the Californian utility's next EVP and chief financial officer, effective May 4, 2023.
  • Burke joins PG&E from Chevron Phillips Chemical Company where she was recently EVP and CFO.
  • The utility said Burke has served in an advisory capacity since January 2023, and will succeed Chris Foster, who will leave the company to be CenterPoint Energy's new CFO .
