PHAR - Pharming sells rare pediatric disease PRV to Novartis for $21.1M

Pharming Group ( NASDAQ: PHAR ) has entered into a definitive agreement with Novartis Pharma A.G. to sell its Rare Pediatric Disease Priority Review Voucher, the company said Thursday.
Under sale terms, Novartis has pre-agreed to a one-time payment to the company of about US$21.1 million.
Pharming was granted the PRV by the FDA in March 2023 in connection with the approval of Joenja.
