Royal Philips (NYSE:PHG) announced that it will repurchase up to 3.2M for covering certain of its obligations arising from its long-term incentive and employee stock purchase plans. The shares represent an amount of up to ~ EUR 68M. The repurchases will be executed through one or more individual forward transactions, expected to be entered into in Q2 or Q3 of 2022. The company expects to take delivery of the shares in 2024.
