PME - Pingtan Marine Enterprise receives Nasdaq notification on delay in filing 10-K

Pingtan Marine Enterprise (PME) +5.8% premarket, has been notified by Nasdaq for not in compliance with the timely filing requirement for continued listing related to delay in filing its Annual Report on Form 10-K for FY2020 with the SEC.The notice has no immediate effect on the listing or trading of Pingtan's ordinary shares on the Nasdaq Capital Market. The company filed a notification of Late Filing on Form 12b-25 with the SEC on April 1, 2021. On accepting the plan to regain compliance within 60 calendar days of receipt of the Notice, or until June 14, 2021, Nasdaq may grant an extension of up to 180 calendar days from the Form 10-K filing due date, or until October 12, 2021, to regain compliance.
