PT - Pintec Technology names Zexiong Huang as CEO and acting CFO

China-based financial technology services company Pintec Technology ( NASDAQ: PT ) on Friday said it had appointed Zexiong Huang its CEO and acting CFO, effective immediately.
Huang will replace Victor Huike Li as CEO and acting CFO.
According to PT, Huang has over a decade of experience in the financial industry and the financial services sector.
The company also said that three of its directors - Zehua Shi, Jimin Zhuo and Yong Chen - had resigned from the board.
U.S.-listed shares of PT earlier closed +2.1% at $0.39.
