PLAG - Planet Green enters into share exchange agreement with LNG production facilities company
- Planet Green Holdings ( NYSE: PLAG ) entered into a share exchange agreement with the LNG production facilities company, Xianning Xiangtian Energy Holdings Group, and its shareholder.
- Planet Green is set to issue 12M shares to the shareholder in exchange for an acquisition of 30% of the outstanding equity interests of the latter.
- The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions.
