PLG - Platinum Group Metals announces CEO transition

Platinum Group Metals Ltd.
R. Michael Jones, CEO, President and director at Platinum Group Metals (NYSE:PLG), has resigned, effective immediately. Jones will remain as a consultant to Platinum Group until December 31, 2021 to assist with the transition. Frank Hallam, a director and, most recently, CFO of the company, will take the President and CEO on an interim basis. Greg Blair, currently Financial Controller, will assume the role of Interim CFO. Additionally, Mimy Fernandez-Maldonado has been named Corporate Secretary, effective immediately.
