PS - Pluralsight says its disagrees with ISS recommendation against Vista vote

Pluralsight (PS) said it strongly believes that ISS reached the wrong conclusion in recommending holders to vote against Vista Equity deal.Pluralsight highlighted that it engaged with 14 potential  interested strategic and financial parties. The company said 12 parties entered into confidentiality agreements and Vista was the only one to submit a bid.Pluralsight also points out that market rumors nor the transaction announcement itself failed to attract other parties.Pluralsight vote set for March 2.Recall Dec. 14, Pluralsight downgraded as Needham questions valuation of company's sale to Vista Equity Partners.
