PS - Pluralsight shareholder rejects Vista Equity's revised offer

Pluralsight (PS) shareholder Eminence Capital, which owns a 4.84% stake, encourages other holders to reject the revised merger offer from Vista Equity Partners."Vista’s modestly improved offer for Pluralsight from an artificially low starting price resulting from a sham process does not come close to compensating shareholders for giving up the value of the Company’s strong near term and long term business prospects as a standalone public company," says Eminence's Ricky Sandler, Chief Executive Officer and Chief Investment Officer.Yesterday, Vista Equity increased its Pluralsight offer from $20.26 per share to $22.50.
