PolyPid ( NASDAQ: PYPD ) said it had received a letter from the listing firm Nasdaq stating it was no longer in compliance with the minimum equity requirement for continued listing
The Company has 45 days, or until May 25, to submit a plan to regain compliance.
Nasdaq Listing Rule requires listed companies to maintain stockholders’ equity of at least $10M and the company’s stockholders’ equity was $5.82M as of December 31.
