Popular, Inc. ( NASDAQ: BPOP ) has priced an offering of $400M principal amount of its 7.25% Senior Notes due 2028.
The notes, maturing on March 13, 2028, will bear interest at a rate of 7.25% per year.
Net proceeds from the offering will be used to redeem or repay in full the $300M aggregate principal amount of outstanding 6.125% Senior Notes due on September 14, 2023.
