Portman Ridge Finance ( NASDAQ: PTMN ) entered into a new stock trading plan for facilitating the repurchase of its common stock in accordance with its recently re-authorized $10M share repurchase program, effective Mar. 22, 2023.
Under the share repurchase program, re-authorized by the board on Mar.6, 2023, the company may repurchase up to $10M of its shares of common stock in the open market until Mar. 31, 2024.
