PSIX - Power Solutions International appoints CTO Xykis as the interim CEO
Power Solutions International Inc.
Power Solutions International (OTCPK:PSIX) said on Thursday that its current Chief Technical Officer, C Xykis, had been appointed as the interim Chief Executive Officer, effective June 1. The appointment comes after CEO Lance Arnett resigned from his position on May 31 to pursue other interests. Xykis, who was appointed as the company's CTO on March 15, 2021, will continue in the role along with additional responsibilities.
