PSIX - Power Solutions soars on new CEO appointment

Effective February 15, 2021, Power Solutions (PSIX) chief commercial officer Lance Arnett will take over as CEO, succeeding John P. Miller, who will be retiring from the company following a 90-day transition period.Arnett, who has more than 25 years of sales, business development and operational experience, has served as Power Solutions's chief commercial officer since November 18, 2019.Prior to joining the company, from January 2009 to November 2019, he worked at Cummins, a NYSE-listed global company that designs, manufactures, distributes and services a broad portfolio of power solutions.Shares of Power Solutions have slipped from the $9 level to the current $6 level since Miller took over in May 2017.
