PKI - Precipio names Richard Sandberg as its new chairman

Precipio ([[PRPO]] +1.6%) appoints Richard Sandberg as its board chairman, succeeding Douglas Fisher who will continue in the role of director.Sandberg has been involved with Precipio since its inception and joined its board in 2019, contributing through strategy formulation. Previously, Sandberg served as chairman of Oxford Immunotec, which is being acquired by Perkin Elmer (PKI), and CEO of Resolys Bio."Sandberg is a seasoned diagnostics executive with a substantial track record in the field of diagnostics.
