This will enable Premier Graphene toown 10% of Biographene Technology. More importantly, however, it willenable both to acquire, used equipment and repurpose it at acollective cost of approximately 10% of the cost if acquired unused.We will be able to acquire low cost, but highly suitable hemp as theraw material for a high-grade and highly efficacious, most suitableform of graphene possible.
