Donnelley Financial Solutions (DFIN) is entering its third calendar year as an independent spinoff from RR Donnelley (RRD). The data analytics company has been managing a leveraged balance sheet since its spinoff. The company's 2024 maturing bonds sank in price last December and have remained near par without a rally. With an attractive 8.25% coupon rate, the bonds are currently priced exactly at par, which offers a compelling return nearly 100 basis points higher than its comparable benchmark.
