BPRN - Princeton Bancorp to launch up to $10.7M stock repurchase program

- Bank holding company Princeton Bancorp ( NASDAQ: BPRN ) said on Thursday that it is set to launch an up to $10.7M stock repurchase program to repurchase up to 5% of the company's outstanding shares.
- The board has authorized the program.
- As of today, 5% of the outstanding shares would be ~314,000 shares.
- The company cannot purchase any shares unless the per share purchase price is less than the company's tangible book value per share.
- The company may repurchase shares from time to time in open market transactions or in privately negotiated transactions.
