BDRAF - Private jet company Vista Global is said in SPAC deal talks

A deal may value Vista at more than $10B, according to a Bloomberg report, which cited people familiar. Terms of the deal haven't been completed. Vista Global, which competes with Warren Buffett's NetJets, has projected 2021 EBITDA of about $450M, according to the report. Swiss billionaire Thomas Flohr started the private jet operator in 2004. Vista Global has partnered with Bombardier (BDRAF) for its jets. In February, Wheels Up agreed to go public through a deal with SPAC Aspirational Consumer Lifestyle (ASPL).
