• PROCEPT BioRobotics ( NASDAQ: PRCT ) plans to raise $125 million through an underwritten public offering of shares of its common stock, the company said Tuesday.
• The underwriters have a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional $18.75 million in shares.
• Pricing terms and the number of shares to be offered were not disclosed.
• BofA Securities, Piper Sandler, and TD Cowen are acting as joint book-running managers for the proposed offering. Truist Securities is acting as co-manager.
