Talent networks company Professional Diversity Network ( NASDAQ: IPDN ) has purchased a 9% interest in Koala Crypto, the crypto asset exchange division of Koala Malta, for $1.35M.
The purchase will be funded by the issuance of restricted shares of Professional Diversity Network.
