IPDN - Professional Diversity Network acquires Expo Experts for $600K

• Professional Diversity Network ( NASDAQ: IPDN ) said Wednesday it acquired the assets and operations of Expo Experts for $600K.
• The deal amount comprises of $400K in cash and issue of restricted shares of Professional Diversity valued at $200K.
• "We believe this strategic investment will immediately increase our event revenues significantly and add up incremental revenues as a result of cross-platform sales, with minimal additional costs, due to underlying synergies that both companies can provide to one another," said Professional Diversity ( IPDN ) CEO Adam He.
