PFPT - Proofpoint acquiring data loss protection company IntelliSecure for $63 million

Proofpoint ([[PFPT]] -3.7%) signs a definitive agreement to acquire  InteliSecure, a provider of data loss protection managed services, for $62.5 million in cash.
