PTRA - Proterra wins $26.5M electric bus contract from Pace Suburban Bus

Proterra (NASDAQ:PTRA) has won a $26.5M contract from Pace Suburban Bus to deliver 20 Proterra ZX5 Max electric transit buses and EV fleet charging infrastructure, with the first electric buses slated to for delivery in 2023. The 40-foot Proterra ZX5 Max selected by Pace features 675kWh of energy storage. The procurement represents Pace's first order of battery-electric buses as the agency seeks to transition to a zero-emission fleet by 2040. PTRA +1.03% pre-market
