We completed the strategic positioning of our business to focus solely on the exciting opportunities in Asia and Africa. Despite the challenging conditions created by the COVID pandemic, we have executed against our plans and continued to deliver for our customers and all our stakeholders, producing a resilient financial performance. We’ve continued to enhance our distribution capabilities, expanding our multi-channel, flexible and value-driven model. We saw strong performances in our agency, bancassurance and digital channels. China has been a key highlight, demonstrated by CPL’s outperformance of the market in terms of gross written premiums.
