PS Business Parks (PSB) names Dan "Mac" Chandler III as its president and CEO, effective April 5, 2021. He joins the company from shopping center REIT Regency Centers (REG), where he was executive vice president and chief investment officer.John W. Petersen, the company's interim president and CEO, will continue serving as executive vice president and chief operating officer as of April 5.PSB's previous president and CEO, Maria Hawthorne, retired on Sept. 1, after having been on medical leave since April 20, 2020.
