(OTC: PTOP )- The auditors will audit the consolidated balance sheet of Peer toPeer Network Inc. as of December 31, 2022 and 2021, and the relatedstatements of operations, comprehensive income, stockholders’equity, cash flows, and schedules supporting those financialstatements for the period then ended. Based on the audit, the auditorswill issue a written report on the Company’s consolidated financialstatements and schedules supporting the financial statements.

An audit includesperforming procedures to obtain audit evidence about the amounts anddisclosures in the financial statements. The procedures selecteddepend on the auditor’s judgment, including the assessment of risksof material misstatements of the financial statements, whether due tofraud or error. In making those risk assessments, the auditorconsiders internal control relevant to the Organization'spreparation and fair presentation of the financial statements in orderto design audit procedures that are appropriate in the circumstances,but not for the purpose of expressing an opinion on the effectivenessof the Organization’s internal control.
An audit also includes evaluating theappropriateness of accounting policies used and the reasonableness ofsignificant accounting estimates made by management, as well asevaluating the overall presentation of the financial statements.Examining, on a test basis, evidence supporting the amounts anddisclosures in the financial statements. An audit also includesassessing the accounting principles used, and significant estimatesmade by management, as well as evaluating the overall financialstatement presentation.
