PSA - Public Storage prices $2.2B senior notes to fund Simply Self Storage transaction

Public Storage ( NYSE: PSA ) priced a public offering o f $2.2B aggregate principal amount of senior notes primarily to fund the recently announced Simply Self Storage acquisition .
The multi-tranche offering includes the company’s inaugural 30-year senior note offering.
The notes will be issued in four tranches with an initial weighted average interest rate of ~5.3%.
The offering is expected to close on July 26, 2023.
