VANCOUVER, Nov. 7, 2018 /CNW/ - PUF Ventures Inc. ("PUF" or the "Company") (CSE: PUF) (Frankfurt: PU3) (OTCPK: PUFXF), announces that it intends to change its name to "AgraFlora Organics International Inc." to better reflect the direction of the Company's business.

Concurrent with the name change, the Company will be completing a subdivision of its issued and outstanding common shares (the "Shares") on the basis of five (5) new Shares for every one (1) Share held.
