( CSE:PUSH ) (CNXS:PUSH.CN) ( OTC:PUSOF ) ( FSX:713 ) (the “ Company ” or “ Pushfor ”) announces that 12,300,000 stock options (the“ Options ”) previously granted to certain directors, officers andconsultants pursuant to the Company’s stock option plan on September24, 2021, have been cancelled. The cancelled Options had an exrciseprice of $0.25 and expired on September 24, 2026. The Options werevoluntarily surrendered by the holders for no consideration.
