KWR - Quaker Chemical Announces 4.1% Increase in Cash Dividend
CONSHOHOCKEN, Pa., May 8, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- The Board of Directors of Quaker Chemical Corporation (NYSE: KWR) today declared a $0.385 per share quarterly dividend, a 4.1% increase compared to the quarterly dividends declared over the past four quarters. The quarterly dividend is payable on July 31, 2019, to shareholders of record at the close of business on July 17, 2019.
