- Quanex Building Products ( NYSE: NX ) has entered into a second amended and restated credit facility.
- The amended credit facility extends the maturity date of the existing $325M revolver by five years to July 2027.
- At the time of closing, existing borrowings transitioned to the amended credit facility totaled ~$58M.
